Passion is the driving force behind our Group.

It all started with a spark of passion in Chef Cannavacciuolo and Cinzia Primatesta, who have passed on their love for their profession to the entire team.

There is no collaboration without truthfulness, mutual exchanges, and real trust.

Opening oneself to share feelings is essential to create sincere, obstacle-free exchanges and make sure that this trust is channeled to everyone who experiences our establishments.

Born from Cinzia and Antonino Cannavacciuolo’s great passion for hospitality, Cannavacciuolo Group is now the union of different entities in the luxury restaurant and hotel industry.

With a team of over 250 people, Cinzia and Antonino work together every day to foster the growth of all the different ventures, constantly developing new offerings in close collaboration with the various teams and brigades. They share dreams and goals with them, creating a sense of unity and camaraderie, akin to a big family.
